1. Nature of Product
Packaged drinking water is a consumable and hygiene-sensitive product. Due to health and safety reasons, opened or partially used bottles and jars are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, leaking, or physically defective at the time of delivery

The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size or quantity)

The seal is broken or packaging is tampered with at delivery
Any such issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Return Process
To request a return or replacement:

Provide order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue

Keep the product unused and in original condition
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
